Tank degassing
Tank degassing operations can generate significant operational challenges and expense for facilities operators and contractors. In a business where downtime and turnaround time can eat away rapidly at profits, having an efficient alternative for rapid degassing is a MUST. BioSolve's dual
action of emulsification and encapsulation makes it a natural
for degassing and cleaning tanks, vessels, pipelines and equipment prior
to entry, welding or other hot work. When properly applied, BioSolve®

Tank Cleaning
Tank
bottoms, pits, and paraffinic sludge can be circulated and made
more pumpable by agitating a
BioSolve®
solution into it and initiating a circulating system on the tank
or pit. As the BioSolve®
solution is moved over and through the sludge, it begins liquifying
the semi solid sludge into solution. The fluid can then be moved
into holding tanks where the BioSolve®
solution will let it separate into its basic
components: oil, water and solids. The oil can then be skimmed
off and returned to the stock tanks as saleable product, the solids
and associated disposal costs have been reduced.
